Borshch & Bread

The Borshch and Bread lunch is held at the outdoor kitchen in the Village Centre and is a fund-raiser for the Museum. Bread is baked in the outdoor clay oven or "pietz", and the borshch is handmade by volunteers. This is one of the most interesting and delicious of the museum events.
For those of you who are interested in phonetics, the word is pronunced BORSHCH. The last letter of the word is pronounced "SH-CH"!!!!!
It is NOT "Borsht" with a "T" on the end.
